Frequently Asked Questions
1. Can I bring my own alcohol, and is there a corkage fee?
We provide a fully equipped bar space. You are responsible for purchasing a liquor license, hiring certified bartenders, and supplying your own alcohol and glassware. We’re happy to assist you in estimating how much you’ll need. Best of all, there is no corkage fee.
2. Are accommodations available on site?
At this time, we do not offer accommodations onsite. However, you'll find many wonderful options located just 10–30 minutes away. Aspen Crossing is the closest (10 minutes away) and for a truly unique stay, you’ll be delighted to know that you can even spend the night in a caboose—an experience you certainly won’t forget!
3. Can we leave our vehicle overnight?
Absolutely! We know that even the best-laid plans can sometimes fall through, and we want to make sure everyone has a safe way home. If needed, you’re welcome to leave your vehicle overnight; we simply ask that all vehicles be picked up by 9:00 a.m. the following morning. For everyone’s safety, sleeping in vehicles is not permitted.
4. Can I use my own vendors?
Of course! You are welcome to bring in your own vendors. That said, vendors who are already familiar with Reverie often deliver a smoother experience for you and your guests.
5. What are the music and event end times?
Last call is at 11:30 p.m., and all music must end by 11:45 p.m. Guests are expected to be off the property by midnight. A 10-person tear-down crew may remain onsite until 1:30 a.m.
6. Do we need to purchase insurance?
Yes, all events require the purchase of "Wedding & Event Special Liability Insurance," PAL Insurance, and a valid liquor license.
7. Is there an alternate ceremony space in case of inclement weather?
Yes! In the event of bad weather, we will set up the Starlight Pavilion as a beautiful indoor ceremony space.
